Thomas Dreikauss (*1964) is the CEO and a shareholder of Sematell. He joined the company as Vice President Sales in 2009 and assumed management of Sematell in 2012. In addition, he has been one of the company’s shareholders since 2016. As an absolute expert in the sector, he draws on more than 20 years of experience in managing IT companies and in the sale of complex corporate software solutions – with start-ups as well as with major corporations.


Jochen Bedersdorfer is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Sematell. The computational linguist had launched his career at the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Saarbrücken. He played a pivotal role in the development of Mailminder, an early version of today’s response management solution ReplyOne. Before he joined Sematell, he had worked 10 years for Silicon Valley based companies, e.g. Saffron Technologies and later Intel and was highly involved in the Silicon Valley start-up community with the dominant technical issues of Artificial Intelligence and blockchain.
