Sales Manager (m/f/d) AI Software for Customer Service Center
Permanent position | Full-time | Saarbrücken or/and home office
- Acquisition and support of new customers from initial contact to closing the sale
- Analysis of customer requirements in the solutions business for individual customer service and advice to customers
- Management of the complete deal life cycle from qualification and validation to closing
- Enthusiasm of potentially interested parties, Germany-wide and in the medium term also internationally
- Implementation of customer loyalty measures as well as strategic further development of existing customers (ensuring customer satisfaction, coordination of software optimizations together with our product experts)
- Independent development of new customer potential through market observation and analysis
- Project handover and coordination with the professional services team for the best mutual customer success
What you bring:
- Degree in business administration, computer science or comparable studies and/or adequate professional experience in the field of sales
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales of solution-oriented enterprise software
- Knowledge of the service center market and a good network
- Empathy, persuasiveness and tactical negotiation skills
- Interest in current developments in the software industry
- Enjoy business expansion and networking
